      1949 – Establishment of the company by Jos Verachtert

      1959 – First extension – construction of a silkscreen print shop – creation of the
                   brand Vervaco

      1960 – First employee

      1972 – Jos Verachtert passes away

      1988 – The Verachtert representatives are the first to be provided with laptop
                    computers for order placement, which results in flawless product delivery

      1997 – Transfer of the production activities to Tunisia

      1997 – Extension of the establishment in Geel – additional office spaces and
                   storage facilities – total surface of 7,100 m²

      1999 – Transfer of production activities to company-owned new buildings

      2001 – Extension of the establishment in Tunisia to 7,000 m²

      2000 – Recruitment of a representative for the Netherlands

      2006 – Presentation of the Verdeco line - Blinds

      2009 – Take-over by R&H Holding

      2010 – After an intense collaboration, the family Vergnes decides to sell their
                   business “Lanarte” to Verachtert NV - www.lanarte.com

      2011 – Verachtert NV decides to take over the company Topfloor, in order to
                   reinforce their market presence in curtains - www.topfloor.be
